Introduction
OKR’s is a very powerful and lightweight tool to ensure a healthy process, structure, and that we are alignment on what is important. OKR’s can be a guiding star for the product team that ensures that they know what to do, why they do it, and ensure that the team is value-driven and deliver what the organization and stakeholders need.
