Introduction

OKR’s is a very powerful and lightweight tool to ensure a healthy process, structure, and that we are alignment on what is important. OKR’s can be a guiding star for the product team that ensures that they know what to do, why they do it, and ensure that the team is value-driven and deliver what the organization and stakeholders need.

  • The process of defining good OKR’s
    • Roles and responsibilities between team, stakeholders, and leadership
    • How to set strong objectives
    • How to set strong key results
    • How to use the OKR’s to navigate in the daily work
  • Good examples of good OKR’s
  • Hands-on iterative exercises: Create the team’s first OKR’s, that they can start to use after the session.
  • Wrap-up

 

Practicalities

  • The session takes 3 to 4 hours depending on how much time is allocated for the hands-on process of defining the team’s first OKR’s. 
  • The session can be held psychical and online
