I currently serve as Senior Director at Energinet, where I lead and shape the direction for IT infrastructure, architecture, and agile transformations. With more than 20 years of experience, including leadership roles at LEGO Group, Bankdata, and as a consultant, my passion lies in building high-performing teams and guiding organizations through successful transformations.

Throughout my career, I’ve been dedicated to helping organizations focus on value creation, driving agile product transformations, and ensuring clear alignment between team success and business goals.

02. 2022 – 01. 2023As Head of IT Architecture, I led the growth of a dynamic architecture center, expanding the organization from approximately 35 to 160 employees, including experts in Infrastructure, Domain, and Enterprise Architecture. My primary focus was to build a value-driven product organization that could effectively support and deliver on out customers needs.

Key responsibilities and achievements included:

* Leading the transformation of our IT architecture team into a more agile, collaborative, and outcome-focused organization, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
* Driving the development and execution of a new infrastructure and platform strategy, positioning Energinet for future success by enabling scalability, flexibility, and innovation.
* Building a strong, cross-functional leadership team that empowered architects to work collaboratively across domains, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business and technical objectives.
* Fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging the team to adopt cutting-edge technologies and modern architectural practices to stay ahead of the curve.
